The best managed support I have ever seen
A friend of mine recommended them to me a few years ago and I could not be happier. They are not very public on the internet, almost like a hidden gem, but everything about them is flawless. They may not be the cheapest option but they also don't claim to be, excellent value for sure, especially when you consider the fact that they never charge you for any support, even for things i managed to break on my servers, which is unfortunately easy for someone like me since all services they provide come with root access, with or without a control panel, I have control panels on some servers and no control panel on others, there is no difference in service. The ones with control panel I only get because I have to support multiple clients of mine on the same server. Everything is just very upfront and open. I am happy that I got on board and have had no issues at all for a very long time.
