The most annoying thing on the Internet for me. Tech support treats this customer like an idiot. When I cannot access my control panel for example they will answer with "Well we can!". Mail forwarders rarely work. Steer clear of these jerks

AVOID! Slow servers, canceled my account 3 times for non payment AFTER they deducted money from my bank account. My site was down for 4 days before I finally moved. They had cracked Cpanel and got caught.

Routhost handles attacks and problems by frequently putting in a variety of security measures (sometimes severe) unannounced that will make your life miserable when you least expect. New 2008 price is no longer a value either. So disappointing!

Im very unfortnally becouse my domayn is every day in down.. they have a good price, very nice tecnical support, but uptime is very slow. And joomla have so many problems with chmod.

Good Host, but not to CMS's sites because php memory_limit is to default 8M and always receiving a "500 Internal Server Error" when you change anything in the CMS's admin. They don't change this for security issues, I never have this problem in other host
