I have purchased 4 vps servers from safehouse cloud, in second month even after paying all 4 invoices, all my 4 servers went down, I opened support ticket with them which they never replied to. Its been 3 weeks till date, they cancelled my paypal subscrip

Server constantly offline and scammed $400+
I purchased a VPS from this company and I find it offline randomly throughout the week for 4-8h periods, sometimes longer. I also purchased BGP from this company for $99/m with $100 setup and still hasn't been setup, as well as a 1240v3 which hasn't arivd

Server down for 1+ day - No response from support
I can not recommend Safehouse for anyone wanting a stable service. I've been with them for quite some time now, the support is non-existing. The last few days my server has been down, not possible to power on.
Look elsewhere if you want a stable service.

Great Cloud Server Value
We are using the CloudVPS Service and are very happy. The features are good, and the SSD speed is nice. Our Virtual Servers are hosted in Los Angeles and Singapore. Good speed from Asia. Support is helpful and friendly.
