Safnah Took care of everything , great tech guys
Took care of everything We are really old customers of Safnah and recently had an issue with the email. I called support and they suggest we switch over to the new servers and Control Panel instead of trying to fix the issue. I took their advice and made the switch. We worked with Ammar and everything went very smoothly and we had no downtime at all. All I did was set up the new account, repoint the domain name to the new server and change the email setting on our workstations. Ammar took care of everything else including moving all the emails over to the new servers. Emails work great now and our website is loading faster.

Happy using safnah web hosting linux golden plan , it gives super high fast speed. The support are fast and polite I interacted with them once , love the fact that I feel like a valued customer whenever I've a question that I need to ask- it feels like I am in contact with real humans who treat me as a human rather than getting automated bots responses. Safnah staffs' responses was so helpful during those days, responding and fixing the damages and problems in a glimpse , their separate backups and constantly keeping me streamlined of the restoration progress before I ever get intolerant. I'm lucky to be one of their customers

We can't recommend Safnah awesome team enough! What seemed like a daunting task when starting up the company, was easy and painless with the help of Ammar. Highly professional and he guides you from the beginning of the project to the end. Ammar takes the time to understand your concepts and what you're after to ensure customer satisfaction. All through the project he keeps you updated, showing mock ups along the way allowing you to critique it if needs be. Honestly go to Safnah, professional, friendly and so easy to work with.
