All around outstanding experience
I cannot say enough good things about the Sagenext team. I have had an all around outstanding experience.
I had the pleasure to work with Jason Mckanzy, even though I request a call back around 8 PM EST Jason called me back within 10 minutes, and sent me an email with all the information I needed before we hung up the phone. After signing up with them the server was provisioned in less than an hour and one of their engineers reached out to get more specific information and had it all ready for use before the end of the day.
As for the support department, even though I hope not to need contacting them, I'm yet to see a support request take more than 1 hour to get solved. When I encountered a licensing problem Anthony Jones went as far as stay ion the phone with me while we called the third party support so that we could get the problem resolved.

Quick Sunday night fix!
I was setting up SageNext access on a number of computers / ipads on a Sunday night and inadvertently got myself blocked by their Firewall. The tech jumped to help and resolved a couple other questions as well. Excellent service!

I love the concept, the reliability, the 24/7 customer service, the ability to access our data from anywhere and knowledge that all our data is backed up and secured.
When Covid hit and the staff was all sent to work from home, there is no way that our new business could have survived without Sagenext Cloud Hosting.
Our firm uses the platform for ATX tax software and QuickBooks primarily but Sagenext throws in the Microsoft Office Suite programs at no additional cost! Now everything our staff needs regardless of where they are working - has access to our data and can keep working! Thank you guys!

Fast Service
The staff at SageNext are very responsive whether it be via email or phone call. They can usually help us resolve our issues very quickly.
For the price you pay for their services and the value you receive in return, they really cannot be beat. Our firm has used other server providers at a much higher cost who did not provide the same level of customer service.
