Company has gone dormant - support nonexistent?
Out troops website was purged from the system a year ago and we've been unable to reach anyone in a year to find out how to restore it, or even get billing going for a new credit card. Is it possible the company had orphaned their services? Repeated trouble tickets and phone call attempts remain unanswered.

Way Over priced for what you get. No phone support. Email support is limited to how accurately your question or ticket is submitted. Much better alternatives available.
