Unreliable service & nonexistent support
Initially purchased a VPS server from them in 2016 because of a deal and other features. Company has had regular issues with the service and the support has always been lackluster at best (with MANY incorrect assumptions on their end). At present, they shut down the service for an unannounced data center move and are continuing with the trend of no or vague communication, with the service having been out for five days and counting. They keep offering apologies, but no no real information and every ETA they have provided for service restoration has been missed by multiple days. Their techs obviously do not know what they are doing and the support team is more than happy to close service down tickets without responding and without any resolution.
