Low prices but Unprofessional Support
The Support ignores all your requests if they can't solve a problem.
At first they will say you request is escalated to their DNS/Sale/Web manager.
Then will simply ignore you. You may write and write and write - nobody there.

Very Very Bad Services
Very Very Bad service.
Server down on daily basis and they say everything is ok.
Useless and copy paste working support. They even don't know what the issue customer is asking and what should response.
I never recommend this host. Very very bad experience. It was good before but now it is very bad. I am using for 3 years but now I'm thinking to leave and move all my servers.

i had a VDS server from server4you i keep rebooting server may 3 or 5 times i get from tham the server up and running no fixed so no refund i am looking for new server host. i can tell you do not go for server4you

The price doesn't include a Windows license
I bought a VPS server but doesn't include windows license you must add each month 25$.
So the published price for vps server is not the final price.

Want to rent a vps/server at server4you? Think twice!
I don't recommend using their services. Robbing your bank account with irregular payment intervals (!!) Arrogant responses to support tickets. Don't allow you to upgrade old hosting plans (5x price if you want to upgrade). Server Uptime of 1 month MAX !!

An invalid telephone number on their website says it all
Hosting services OK but customer service and related details cast doubt on the entire operation. Telephone number on website is inactive. No functionality for forgotten password. E-mails from support vague and unhelpful.

Sometimes customer login panel stop working, support emails are rejected, and the alternative is to contact support via phone (international call) and wait...wait... and wait again...
