Were good years ago but avoid at all costs now
Over the last few years I've witnesses serverfly get worse and worse. Their website says you will get help guaranteed within 6 hours and an average time of 15 mins. This is certainly not the case, ive cad tickets open with them for months still unresolved

Serverfly has repeatley sent bills every two years dispite us never using the service and complaining about the bills that we pay as they have information related to our previous service.Terrible customer service and billing practices

They moved my sites when a hacker exceeded bandwidth, however, they did not tell me, nor did they implement dns forwarding. They intentionally let my sites down, then blamed me for it and their other customer's problems. Also, lots of downtown experienced

Nothing but problems ever since I signed up as a reseller. They reboot my server without notification and when the service goes down there is no explaination. Great features and cheap, but HORRIBLE service and shaky reliability
