Absolute garbage
All lies from this company. DDOS protection does not work, Strongbolt domain privacy does not work, servers are old and slow, constant downtime in their network, support does not solve any issues just tell you they will but they do nothing. Domain was stolen from them then they pretend it wasn't their fault.

Very slow old servers and terrible support and scammers. The agents will lie to you to get you to spend your money with this company and transfer your servers and domains. Strongbold domain privacy is a scam, you pay extra money for nothing and this company will sell out your domains and your personal information to third parties for money. Support will lie to you but can never do what they say and only works 9:00-6:00 but they say they are 24/7.

Shinjiru is a SCAM
I have been a customer of shinjiru for over 6 months.
One day my domain was hacked because someone social engineered their support to change my DNS records, i complained, they admit error and give me free year of domain.
Few days later i tried to transfer my domain to another company.
They not only not allowed me but asked me for $950 or they would shut down my domain.
I refused to pay and they shut it down.

Worst technical support! Where is no anti-DDOS protection.
I'm waiting and asking, but this is impossible and disgusting.
If your website under DDOS attack whey do nothing until you let then know.
Their help is just put some rules in Cloudflare.
You can wait answer from technical support all day.

BE AWARE FROM THIS PROVIDER
Im trying since 27 days to cencel my hosting by shinjiru , exchanged about 20 tickets,20 emails, but shinjiru only do delay and dont want to cencel and refund. Im never expecienced so bad provider like shinjiru and would never more use it.

Worth da money!
After suffering from the previous hosting service, Shinjuru made a total change. Uptime and speed were both great, super satisfied visitors I have after changing to their hosting.

I've subscribed their hosting recently and found that they delivered good service because 1st impression was their billing team I guess which very fast on processing my order after received payment. 2nd was their uptime which is not bad..
