THE WORST domain and hosting service I have ever used! And I know what I am talking about, as I used very bad services from Russian Commonwealth countries.

Incompetence or fraud?
I have purchased on.top domain from Sibername just to be informed few hours later: "on.top is a premium domain. Our system did not recognize it. I have refunded your payment."
Over the phone they said they had VIRUS and that the price is 35K instead.

On the right track, but long way to go!
Website is impressive, but most info/FAQs are outdated. Even links in their msgs don't work. Each msg/response generates a new ticket. Was difficult to setup free emails with the domain. Customer/tech support very eager to help, but lacks expertise.

Going downhill
With Sibername for two decades! Expensive, but worth it since their support is good, and servers ALWAYS up. Unfortunately, no longer. Servers have constantly going down over past year. Down right now, over an hour now. Can't work on Wordpress, email down

Good days are long gone
I've been with Sibername since 06. I own 2 URLs. Once great but cheap outsourcing to India shows. Support is good, I get a response in less than 2 hours. But I've had monthly issues for the past year -sites/database/email down. I'm looking to leave now.
