we had face vulnerable experience with silicon hosting. if we host the website automatically the website will get disappeared.
we race the complaint many time regarding this but the siliconhouse failed to give the solution...
if the ticket is raised team will close the ticket but the issue will come again in a 15 days time...

We are using your hosting servers linux & windows we are highly irritated your support. we are facing issues in more then one year still it not fixed. Response is very worst if raise any tickets we will get update after one week our official site is down more than a week still no one provide any support. all time chat support told same txt like we assigned your ticket to concern team. please wait but you can't get any support from any one.

Worst Service/Support Ever
I had a few of my sites hosted with these jokers and they failed to provide any service so I discontinued .. Two years later they convinced me to join them again and said this time they will do a better job since there services are good. I was travelling for six months and kept raising tickets as both my sites were down. I kept requesting to fix my sites.. but nothing was done. Height of incompetence. Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life. Worst technical support staff.
