Going downhill fast sad to say
Things have been tough for most services of late but Helix used to be a steady provider. Since the raids they seem to be struggling with basic things such as server reliability and catch up. The support is downright rude these days.

RIP Off
Pure and simple rip off. I managed to get everything loaded and then the tv channels either would not load or I received sound only!
I raised a ticket and received an automated response, which was useless

Shocking!!!
Got year service yesterday using mag256. Infomir box manufacturers blocking helix. They knew about it but don't put it on their website. They say have workaround but it failed for me. They are fraud. They email me and say not to use mag box. No money back

Getting worse, year over year
They do not notify clients if their hosting is down, their support is less than immediate as it seems they outsource a majority of their services they offer. We have had major hosting problems over the year with our site being down most of this year.

Used to be a good company
The support team has become more and more unwilling to help, there is less and less accountability when there are servier-side issues, and many of their reps are rude and curt.

Bad service and reliability
Long story short, our site has issues constantly and the customer service is very lacking. If you are considering them for your site, I would HIGHLY advise you go somewhere else.

Server down for three days now! Their poor service has caused a major loss of revenue and a halt to everyday business. No e-mail, no data, no working website. I highly recommend not investing in their product and if you have already move to a new host.

A server failed, we got moved, so far 5 days and counting still not up. They don't seem to have the competences needed to move a site from one server to another.
