I had a problem with my email account not being able to receive mail. I spoke with Stefan K over the internet, and after a short period of trouble-shooting, he was able to resolve the problem satisfactorily.

Incredibly smooth hosting upgrade and site move
I have been involved in over 100 site moves, this was by far the smoothest. The new server is really fast and we had zero downtime in the middle of the highest month ever in order amount. Support was extremely helpful to all 3 involved, thanks so much!
