Newbie here. Between the ease at which c-panel interfaces with website developing software, online tutorials and live support, my website was up and running literally minutes after I loaded the pages. I highly recommend them. (They're super nice, too).

Ive been with them for quite awhile... and since their rebranding to Siteocity (from ninedot), I would say its the same service if not better. I am planning on moving my bigger website to them in the near future.
