Siteocity web page not found by my browsers, can't renew hosting
I've been very happy with Siteocity for several years, except that my hosting accounts have now all expired and I am unable to get to the Siteocity web site with any of my browsers to renew my hosting.

I have been a Siteocity customer going on five years now. I recently opened an online store using shareware available through Siteocity's SQL(zencart) and continue to be completely satisfied. Their service is very reliable. Thanks Siteocity!!

I use Siteocity to host 2 domains, including my personal Web site http://www.solokingdom.com . The only problem: they had to suspend my account b/c my script was swamping the CPU. We got it back online in 28 hours. Excellent value for the price.

I have been a customer of siteocity for several years, hosting three domains with them. Although I have had good service when working, there have been LOTS of downtimes... often a few days in length when I lose all my site operation and all email. STAY

I had 7 sites hosted with them and my current site HarpzOn.com has BEEN DOWN FOR THE LAST 48 HOURS. I go on live support to ask what's going wrong and the generator for their data center is dead. "When can I expect my site back up?" I ask. The response is

Have had so many problems with their wretched tech folks. They have repeatedly disabled forms and parts of our online catalogs - WITHOUT TELLING US. We contacted them to complain, but instead of apologizing, they threatened to dump our sites!
Company Response: We were attempting to secure our servers even further, and by shutting of some functions, our customers were required to upload a simple fix on their sites. We observe that this caused issues with some clients and we apologize, but we care about the long run of security for all clients

I've hosted two sites with Siteocity and haven't had any major problems. Going by the bad reviews, I guess I'm just lucky, but Siteocity has fulfilled all of my hosting needs. Not perfect, but pretty darn good.

TERRIBLE!!! Down more than up. At times NO customer service. Now I have customer service telling me they dont want my business. I have lost ALL of my account due to their downtime. RUN DONT WALK AWAY!!!
Company Response: Kent isnt a Siteocity.com customer. He never was, and never has been. We have contacted him in regards to his posts, and he apologized for posting on the wrong hosting company.

offers a wide variety of bundled solutions at a great price. Main problem is when you need clarification, sales is not very knowledgable. They boast superior tech support I opened, only 25% were responded to after 2-3 days.
