WOrst customer support ever
They are an unethical company. I bought their VPS server, paid them with the monthly package and they were good support. Once I paid, they stopped replying. My server stopped working after a few days and I have been messaging and calling them ever since but they ignore my messages and cancel my calls. They just replied once and said that it was fixed while it wasn't fixed at all. They are just frauds who don't even care about selling their services for 2nd month.
