Really happy with this reseller hosting plan. It's easy to manage clients with cPanel/WHM, and the Free WHMCS makes billing super simple. Performance has been stable so far. Overall, it's a dependable and cost effective reseller hosting solution, and I would definitely recommend it to others starting their hosting business.

I switched to SkyNetHosting about 4 months ago for reseller hosting because I needed a solution that let me offer hosting directly to my freelance clients without them knowing it was resold. The whitelabel setup works seamlessly,client sites show my branding, not SkyNet's. The free WHMCS has saved me hundreds on licensing, and the NVMe drives keep load times competitive. When I had a client database backup issue last month, the 24/7 chat team recovered it in under an hour. Only minor: you need to manually configure DNS propagation on the first domain, but once I learned that, it was smooth sailing. Would recommend for freelancers.

Bad technical support
When i first joined skynethosting.net, i have noticed that to get an answer when i open a ticket takes for about 1 hour to 2 hours, it was ok it didn't bothered me to much, cause every time i was getting the help i needed and my problems were solved, but recently, something is wrong, nobody even bothers to answer anymore to your tickets, and you end up waiting for days. I am very disappointed because i really like skynethosting and it's futures. Hopefully their support will improve quick in the near future until then i will only give 3 stars.

Worst company ever
Huge downtime and a very very bad support system. An online chat that you wait for hours to find someone and they always go offline.
