Simply phenomenal, I wish it was always this easy.
We purchased a Standard server almost a year and a half ago, and I can honestly say that ever since we made the switch from another big name provider that offers shared hosting, the majority of our issues disappeared.

The team over at SkySIlk was extremely friendly and they were able to show us (they didn't just fix the problem, they actually showed us what caused it and how to prevent it again!) what was needed to rectify and prevent recurrence of almost any issue that cropped up.

I've been able to spend less time stressing about what is wrong, and direct my focus back toward expanding my business. This alone is invaluable to me as I feel refreshed when I wake up now, no more dreading what fire I have to put out on our website.

If you're tired of dealing with the big names that constantly try to sell you a new package instead of helping solve your troubles, give them a shout and let them know Jordan sent you (total disclaimer, I do not receive any form of monetary reward or otherwise from this. Lost so much because of SkySilk
Got our account suspended for no reason, and now our website is offline, we can't even login to skysilk cus of suspension and they have no support (noone answering on phone, discord, social media or even tickets).
If you want to kill your business - go to SkySilk.

UPD:
We still can't get an answer from SkySilk, someone just delete all our tickets (like ticket 14558 and 14546). And we can't even change hosting cus our site saved on SkySilk and we can't login on our account because of suspension.
Now it's 3rd day from our first ticket.

Best VPS
My experience with SkySilk has been superb. I have experienced minimal downtime aside from the scheduled routine maintenance on the LA server and the upgrade, being notified ahead, and promptly getting my server backup was understandable. I prefer upgrades, minimal downtime, as per schedule (notified months way ahead of time) vs a provider that does upgrades ANY day! Anyways, I'm simply writing about my personal experience as a satisfied customer. I'm not some paid influencer giving a testimonial but an actual (human here) satisfied customer that utilizes SkySilk for dev servers. I just wish my feet would have been able to give you an additional two thumbs up so it would be 4 thumbs up. Lol! It's been great all-around and I hope that our relationship continues for a really long time. I haven't been more than happy with a service this great. Thanks, SkySilk team for a great job
