Cause of a lot of headache and stress
Terrible experience on supposedly good platform. Refused a refund after being mislead by the company, got accused in fraud during payment dispute, threatened to have personal credit history ruined and to be labeled a "bad debtor" :(

They're very very quick and super helpful
I've used three providers before finding Spiral, and they've been fantastic so far. They migrated my entire site over for free and they're surprisingly quick with replying. I'd say I've never waited more than half an hour for a reply.

i have used aventure host for coming up 1 year and have been extremely happy with the quality of service. in the last year I havent notice a single period of downtime and the only time i did contact them - they were extremely quick and helpful, thumbs up!

When I cancelled my service with Aventure, I forgot to cancel my subscription with Paypal, so Aventure was paid after I cancelled. They refuse to refund my money on the basis that they did not request it, Paypal just sent it to them!!
