Over the past few years, the quality of SuperWebhost services has steadily decreased with far too many issues with the mail servers. If you don't care about not receiving/sending emails, then use them as their customer support is adequate but if you are running a business, look somewhere else.
Services Period: Active customer at the time of review. Customer since May, 2003
Since the company changed hands and they moved their servers off-site two years ago, I have had no small level of frustration trying to access my own account.
These clowns are the strict definition of Epic Fail. Run away as fast as you can.
