I have been with The Prime Host for almost 4 years. I have never had a single problem. The best support you can possibly hope for and uptime that is unbeatable! Trust me, give them a shot and you will NEVER be disappointed!

Constant short outages. Support denies any problems and tries to shift blame. Final straw was when server went down for almost 4 hours due to a DNS problem they caused. Was refused a credit because "they don't have an SLA". Horrible

"The Short Outages" mentioned are due to propagation hiccups caused by a server upgrade.
While we do not offer an SLA guarantee, our average uptime is in the 99.99 percentile. We've been around since 2001 (do a whois lookup to verify).

I can't say enough positive things about ThePrimeHost.Com! I've hosted websites for years, and i'm disappointed that I didn't find Them sooner. Support issues are answered in minutes not hours, They offer so much more that other companies don't.

This is the 8th host that I have worked with, and this organization is far better than just head-and-shoulders above the rest.
In fact, most of the time, they respond much faster than I expect.

Every time, EVERY TIME, I send an email with an issue or problem (that is usually of my making or ignorance) it is responded to within an hour or two. On Saturdays, holidays, any time. Darrell is a customer service guru.

I've hosted with them for 11 months and have been completely satisfied. I don't recall one outage in 11 months. Support is efficent and always polite. Prices are very affordable.
