I do not recommend
I purchased two VPS servers from this provider. Both instances were repeatedly unstable and became unreachable multiple times per day.

The servers were disconnecting from the network and becoming unavailable for several minutes at a time. I verified the issue by deploying an identical setup with another hosting provider using the same internet connection — the alternative VPS works perfectly stable. This confirms the issue was not related to my ISP or regional restrictions.

Despite this, the provider refused to issue a refund, stating that they “cannot influence country restrictions,” even though the problem was clearly specific to their infrastructure.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider due to instability and lack of customer-oriented resolution.

Well, I use hosting for my website - everything is fine, it just works like clockwork. The price is reasonable, I'm not chasing super expensive offers - the main thing is that everything is stable, and it is. There are no departures or delays during the entire time, the server loads quickly. Tech support responded quickly if something wasn't clear. The hosting is normal, without any problems, for ordinary websites it's the best. I advise everyone - you will not lose.

I needed hosting in a less common location (Chile) and was pleasantly surprised THE.Hosting had it at the same flat rate. The process was identical to ordering in the Netherlands: choose tariff, pay, server is ready. The 10 Gbps port makes a noticeable difference for South American users. I also appreciate the transparent payment methods, including cryptocurrency. The control panel is basic but gives all necessary admin functions. It's a globally consistent product, which is hard to find.

Deployment was instant in Frankfurt, and later I added a second instance in London for redundancy. Network has been stable with consistent low latency, clean dedicated IPv4, working rDNS, and optional IPv6. Support handled a PTR update and kernel tweak within 15 minutes, no script like replies just clear answers. The panel is straightforward, backups are predictable, and pricing feels fair for the performance. They're stable with high speed of loading, with unlimited traffic.
The hosting is excellent. I was hesitant at first, but thanks to the support team, I was able to make my decision, and I haven't regretted it for a second. I took the Palladium plan and haven't had a single outage. It works like a charm. I liked the prices and payment methods, and there are plenty of them. I also really liked the instant activation. I'll continue working with them.
