They've improved, but it could be better
I would not recommend TMD Hosting. When I first started with them, I had a whole slew of problems; my 2 small wordpress sites were timing out even though I had their best highest cloud plan. Their support is usually very quick to respond, but their guidance and advice is not always accurate nor professional. I can say that after their 2 years, their service has become more stable, however what I realized is that the response time for my website loads were subpar. So while they advertise higher cPanel limits, I found that the load time to less responsive and slower. While the product has improved with time, I just still find it subpar.
I think what they could do is improve support by not providing generic responses as well as to improve response times.
My wordpress sites should not have timed out - I don't get very much traffic so there was no reason for it. I guess we'll have to wait and see what they do.

I have been using TMDHosting for just over an year now and I found them to be reliable, fast, efficient and most importantly, customer focussed. The price for VPS server is great, as it includes cpanel license and it is fully managed.
