Cheapest domain registrar ever saw
I have used other hosting services before and used to struggle with Wordpress integration issues. Truehost support has been of imminence help especially issuing SSL to 15 of the domains I host with them. I find it sweet that you I can to the support team anytime I wan. ANd being a freelancer, you understand I can work till wee hours sometimes.

Truehost is a scam! A complete waste of Money, time and Resources!
I cried! Like real tears as a result of using Truehost services. My issue very simple, a SSL Certificate issue. When I asked Truehost to recommend a plan that could support ffmpeg, they provided me with their vps but let me say this was one of my life worst mistakes. I made an inquiry on 17th January begging the support to fix an Open SSl error that makes the vps server unable to communicate with other servers but they did nothing. To date nothing has been done. I have lost clients, potential clients and worst of all, I have lost all of my money that went into the vps, the SSL certificates bought, they have informed no refund will be made. AVOID THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SERIOUS BUSINESS.
Use truehost to host very simple websites on their shared hosting, other than the shared hosting dont buy anything else.

Scam Artists with inefficient hosting that frustrates serious businesses
Don't bother with these scam artists who are also inefficient. They even refuse to answer questions in the chat. Service was not delivered yet they took money. I requested refund the next day, they refused. also server is slow and keeps crashing after every 5 minutes. This is like stone age hosting service that gets by because they host 1 or 2 one page websites that rarely gets any visitor traffic.

False Advertising
This international domain registration hosting company with a south african website and pricing is falsely advertising their domain pricing as the cheapest in SA with incorrect pricing of R100 for initial registration for a .com
Hit the cart its R129 with renewal R169.

Spoke to help desk and all they said was they were going to change the website and weren't interested in honouring their marketing or discounting it in any way to honour their website pricing. Don't fall for the snakes peeps. keep clear of this "NOT so Truehost"

Very Unreliable
As much as it is affordable, there is no value for that money. The site is always offline and the customer service is very poor. I would not recommend to anyone who wants reliable service.

Quality Services and the best Customer support ever
Before I discovered Truehost, I was hosting with another company and reaching them was a hell. For Truehost, they are always a phone call away, they have the best packages worth paying for. They have the best prices in the market and their customer support is always available on whatsapp, livechat, emails and tickets. Truehost forever! They solve my problems right from password reset to technical issues.
