Bots for customer support, Slow, Rude, Unprofessional
Our services have been offline for over 3 days now, this doesn't take into account the fact that this happens so frequently. I have contacted all their support emails, made calls and the best you can get from them is 'We are committed to resolving every ticket as promptly as possible'
1. they are not promt
2. their serves are not secure
3. poor communication and support
4. Lack of respect to clients business
