Good but could better
I've submitted a query regarding partnership and it took more than 24 hours to get a response. That's not normal here in South Africa. The maximum by another host company I use (domains.co.za) is 3 hours maximum. And they answer when at night.

Cheapest .co.za domains in South Africa
Guys, this is the cheapest CO.ZA domain provider in South Africa. Is there anyone else with a R 50 .co.za domain..?
I have also bought a VPS Server @ R60 or so ..this is amazing, keep it up.

Misleading Advertisement
Misleading advertisement. I signed up with the believe that I am going to get WHM panel because it is advertised in the web hosting page under features so after having my first terrible experience when paying for the service, gateway processed the payment and did not created my account but it did took the money from my bank account (I thought I was being scammed) so after 15-20 minutes on live chat wait my account was activated just to find out that there is no WHM and that it is only for resellers accounts (which I looked all over the website) and then a link was sent to me via live chat with over three times the price and more false advertisement for in the three packages the top feature reads "Unlimited cPanel Accounts" and right at the bottom of the offer reads "50 cPanel Accounts" So I decided not to stick around to see what else is wrong server/internal side. If you choose Truehost Africa better pay attention to what you pay AND what you get (ask for hidden links to invisible services before paying)

Cheapest web hosting in South Africa
I'm hosting my website with these guys and so far so good. Once had a challenge adding a subdomain on my Cpanel and the support responded immediately. In fact, they are online 24/7. I recommend them all the time
