Avoid - Unless You Like Wasting Time and Money
I am very, very sorry that I ever started using Ubiquity. A few years ago, they were not bad. But lately, the service gets worse and worse. My sites are down frequently and they are slow. I am extremely frustrated with Ubiquity.

Ubiquity Hosting Solutions - Scammers and Fraudsters
I would avoid this company like the plague, they disable hundreds of VPS's because one on the node is abusing the network. Then they punish the good clients by leaving them with no services for over 2 days

In October they "accidentally deleted" our VPS, costing us thousands in down time and lost data. On top of that, in January they decided to charge us for the three previous months of unused service. Garbage host.

Don't waste your money! We are also told that they have server issues and suspended all sites! As we had just paid the renewal we requested the money back but was told no and if we contact PayPal they would no longer correspond with me! Disgusting!

We have numerous sites with Ubiquity and at times they went down. As I am writing this we are now on the 3rd day of having 3 sites down. This time their excuse is that there servers had been compromised and they are working on the back up. Stay Away!

No reason to vote anything but a 4 w/ the service I have. When they have time available, they've helped me with support beyond what they're required to do. A personable support team is available by phone, email, and live chat.

after spending massive amounts of money getting a cluster setup, they didn't even give the Xeons paid for. then had the nerve to say it was what we'd paid for. 12 days before our account expired they changed the servers and still they didn't even server 1
