Terrible support, only average everything else...
The guy at ULTRAsurge just fired me as a customer because I was "negative"... All I did was call him out on slow service (more than 8 hours to acknowledge that he had received my complaint) and glitchy service. I switched to a different hosting provider.

Over time, I noticed that the Technical Support was very mean and arrogant, even once, threatening to delete the site.
No longer updating the products supplied.

Good price, obnoxious and rude tech support
Great value as long all works well. Terrible if need help or run into a problem. Tech support is obnoxious and seldom solves anything - always user or someone else's problem, not theirs. However, as said, good value if your are savvy web designer.

6+ years ULTRAsurge customer. Once when my credit card expired and I hadn't left any current contact info with them, they pulled the plug on my website. But I got back in touch and they pulled it right up from backups and gave me an upgrade for free.

This provider looks like a big scam to me.They advertise very cheap bandwidth knowing that you don't use it.when your site becomes popular they terminate your site and they don't give your money back.
