excellent provider
Its sad when you see people trying scaming to destroy reputation of a provider with fake reviews and non valid info's, you should seek for the answers in other websites where the UGP members replied. My business with them is almost over 10 years, they helped me a lot with their services to grow my business they never almost have downtime and their anti DDoS protection is great, their support was always friendly to help and i bugged them a lot even on weekends never had a problem. For the story i do use many dedicated servers and VPS they have, they are just great.

If you love your money and your data, stay away. They can suspend your site at any time. They don't let you get your data back. even 5 minutes... They suspend it directly, without any warning.

I purchased 2 subnets / 24 from them, due to their problems and the fact that they lost access to the network and promised a refund within 27 days, and now they have blocked me everywhere.

Quick response to issues with their ticket system, skype or telegram.
It was a breeze transferring to them almost 10 years ago.
In all these years I received amazing uptime and tips and tricks to help me having a quicker server or beter protection.
They also helped me with various other things like mysql etc.
