I migrated to Veerotech after two previous hosting experiences which could only be described as nightmares. This time, instead of blindly searching through Google, I decided to reach out to a couple of expert communities for help — and I'm very glad that I did!
From day one, I knew that this was going to be a completely different experience than that which I had had previously. The in-migration was done in about a day and everything worked flawlessly — no broken scripts, missed cron jobs, etc.
The only negatives: I had a bit of downtime during my first month. Very graciously, the company proactively issued a refund. Tier one support seems to be outsourced and has been so-so in terms of their competence and helpfulness — but the higher tiers are US-based and really know their stuff.
In terms of pricing — great value for money. And other than the little bit of downtime, performance has been excellent. Would highly recommend to anybody seeking a reliable reseller hosting provider.
