I have been a customer of Velcom now for well over 15 years and to date, have always enjoyed a long and user-friendly relationship with the typical ups and downs that everyone experiences - 4 Star Service!

Velcom Sucks Big TIme!
Worst uptime ever + tech support and customer serice is non existent. Do not bother going with them you'll have to cancel.

Customer service is horrible--have been unable to get a refund for service canceled in the first 30 days despite 4-5 months of trying. I do not recommend Velcom at all.

This is one of the terrible webhost I have ever encountered. Velcom and 1and1 have the worst customer service. They don't reply to your ticket right away. Their Ad is quite misleading especially the 30 day money back. Read TOS first before signing up.

Sorry to say this, but i've been triing to get service from them for the last month ans a half or even 2 months... cant even get a decent response, no reply to my tickets, and so on, and so on !

I have the business account and my sites are down nearly everyday. Always the same lame excuse if you create a ticket. I dont recommend this Hoster at all.

Very happy with their service. Have been co-located with them 1 year now. Their support saved me one night I turned off server at 11:45pm they had it back up in 5 minutes from my call. No problems or outages, good value for money.

When things do go wrong support are terrible to get hold of, emails are not read or if they are they are not answered and if you phone then (international call for myself) you are held on line for ages before a human answers if they answer at all.
