Overall good customer support team
I liked your customer support team. First, when I contacted I was angry in the beginning because my chat was not replied immediately. On a later stage, I found that the customer support team is assigned with lots of work which delayed the response.

Good services at affordable price
As compared to their plans and services and features, the pricing is very affordable. This was not the case with hostgator. They were cheap but they did not offer so many varieties.
