Personal view of this specific project
I must admit service is brilliant, all specialists are high-qualified tolerant.
As for me the most disappointing thing is the price (too high among rivals) and lack of actions.
I am sure this company are going to have a great growth within decades.

On my third month!
So far so good. I have had no issues with up time whatsoever and my VPS server is fast as it can get. I'm also getting cPanel free. I've owned a few web hosting company's myself and with previously with another VPS hosting company for over 2 years.
