I am reporting a serious suspicion of scam or dishonest behavior.
I made a payment using POL (Polygon network) in the amount of 4.89 EUR (≈ 51 POL) for an invoice.
The transaction is SUCCESSFUL and publicly confirmed on the blockchain, yet the service provider refuses to acknowledge the payment and has stopped responding.
