SCAM ALERT: Extreme overselling, fake performance and ZERO support.
Do NOT waste your money on WaleHost. This is a textbook example of "too good to be true." I purchased a VPS advertised with a Ryzen 9 9950X, but the actual performance is a joke.
1. Extreme Overselling & Fake Specs:
After running Geekbench 6, the single-core score was only 1421. A real 9950X should score between 3300-3500. I am getting less than 45% of the advertised power. The "Steal Time" is massive, meaning they are cramming way too many users on one node. Disk speeds are around 20 MB/s, which is unusable for any modern application or game server.
2. Breach of Terms of Service:
According to their own ToS (Clause 11.2.1 and 11.3), I am entitled to a refund within 24 hours of delivery. I requested a refund less than 2 hours after the delayed delivery.
3. Total Ghosting:
Their support is non-existent. They ignored my pre-sales questions about CPU contention ratios (now I know why) and they are completely ignoring my refund tickets.
4. Shady Business Practice:
They delay delivery for hours/days and then hope you miss the refund window. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank because this company refuses to communicate or honor their own legal terms.
Verdict: Avoid WaleHost at all costs. They sell "high-end" specs on paper but deliver a slow, unusable service and then run away with your money.
