I love the features.
You can't beat the price, the support is wonderful and quick, they love giving their users (new AND old) all sorts of goodies. I love the features. We have several domains hosted at Web Host Pro for several years, and have only had 1 outage. I just wish they had an upgrade path to a business plans, as the basic hosting can be slow some times.

Perfect web host.
The services that WebHost.Pro offers are really excellent and cheap. I have been with them for a little over a year now, and the service is as excellent today as it was the day I signed up. It is all redesigned CPanel functions in their own simplistic interface.
