VPS Still Pending After Payment - No Response from Support

I purchased the “India-Cheap VPS Hosting Starter” plan on May 14, 2026. However, the VPS is still pending activation even after several days.

I attempted to contact their support team multiple times through phone calls, but there was no response. I also did not receive any proper communication or update regarding the delay.

This has been an extremely disappointing experience, especially after making full payment in advance. I request the company to either activate the VPS immediately or issue a full refund.

Based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I bought vps 4 months back for my ecomm website which has heavy daily traffic on weekends there team helped me find the right plan under my budget overall the website is working good havent faced any issues yet

Worst service
Worst service they barely give replies to your queries by the way they will ask aadharcard verification for starting vps service don't fall for less amount they wont give any replies No cancellation process for vps services biggest drawback as they want loot money from business customers
