slow site
site often bogged down by what they call non essential services that are running. Technical support ok when not urgent but they are slow in urgent matters. Thinking about switching to more reliable host.

I want support, not geek BS

Jump through our customer service hoops
Went to call to cancel. Wasn't allowed to reach them by phone; customers aren't important enough to waste their time with. Had to put in a ticket. Reply to ticket was "fill out this form". Filled out the form. They kept billing me. Customer service? lol

Webfaction was able to host my site for over a year. WebFaction helped with expanding memory quickly, server errors and support where 24/7, and the speed was incredible. The customer service also was able to help me with any question regarding billing.
