Technical support were friendly, and knowledgeable, and fast to respond once that chat had begun. I only gave 4 not 5 stars because they had me waiting half an hour to answer on live chat to get to the technical team. Otherwise I have been happy overall

Excellent service from Alexander J, sorting out my email issue in very quick time and explaining that my local ISP was blocked due to suspicious activity. This drew my attention to a potentially harmful app I had been using to email myself. Many thanks
