- server and network uptime - so far I have 100% :)
- support response - less then 5 mins and if you contact them via live
chat - they reply immediately :)
- The price is low.

They were great in 2001. They are terrible now. When I cancelled my account and wrote a poor review of their service on another site they responded with an insulting diatribe which contained only one truth - the length of time I had been a client.
Company Response: Hilary Buckland with www.fashionsintime.com wanted to post false data and did not like the fact we corrected her gross inaccuracies. It is unfortunate vindictive people like this can post anything they wish.
