Got the cash to hell with service.
Prior to the outage my domain suffered 8/18/2017 billing has always been prompt and accurate. However, I just wish restoration was as dependable as their collection of my money. As I type this on 9/11/2017 my domain is still not in service ticket #243652.

Not thrilled with them lately
Uptime is fine but customer support is not very good. Support tickets take days and they told me that was normal. Must call them and sit on hold for 20-30 mins. I've timed it. They also seem to have things magically start working again. Don't trust them.

My server is having a problem, has been down for 2 days and I don't know what to expect. Customer service phone line works 9AM-9PM Et week-days. My tickets and requests online for updates go unanswered.

Here in Poland we do not have a lot of web hosting services to chose from. One day I decided a try American based web host and haven't regretted yet about that. Speed of my sites is awesome as if server is located next door. No downtime was faced.
