I can't see how anyone can complain if they're getting web hosting service for less than $50/yr and Webmanix is the best deal on the net I've found. Up time near 100%, reliable, and hard working people.

Been having serious issues with my sites dying for no reason and having to change servers frequently because they are down too much. Alos not having phone support -- or more correctly - having a number that no one answers -- is a serious pain in the arse

Company Response: This customer has been with us for 2 years in that time we have had some issues with email for this client and today a server that has been down do to an ethernet card. We currently run 11 servers and currently 1 is down. We strive to make sure that our service is the best. This customer is on our old yearly plans and is not reflecting the new plans and servers that are currently in place. An offer to move him to Cpanel servers from Old cobalt servers was denied by this client.

Services Period: Past customer during February, 2002 - November, 2004


Cheap, at least it used to before before they changed the plans around.

Company Response: Slow tech support, servers don't work correctly. Constant problems with quota errors and bandwith usage.


Great uptime and fast network speed. Been with them for 6 months.

Company Response: Server got hacked but is now working again.


Cheap.. but you get what you pay for.

Company Response: 15% of Emails were replied to. About 50% uptime. Cpanels dont work correctly. Mail server always down. Lots of errors. Support never help.
