Savio saves the day
Following receipt of a Nominet email stating that our website domain was cancelling on the day, I contacted WHUK in a panic. Technical support operative Savio Johnson was able to calm me down, sort out the problem and reinstate our webhosting (which was down to our error). He even explained that we had set-up our hosting sites uneconomically which resulted in a credit on our account. Thank You Savio, super service. Len

Some difficult issue resolved by Savio Johnson
WHUK host a group of my busy e-commerce websites and have done so for some 8 years. Recently one of the websites was crashing, a very rare event indeed. Various individuals helped me to get things fixed but two employees need a special mention....one is "Aaron C" and the other is "Savio Johnson". Savio in particular is very knowledgeable! Thanks guys!!!
