Thanks and kudos to Ms Veronica Bacon who saved the day for me.
Attempting to switch 'packages' within WHUK, I got completely stuck. What should have been a smooth process was obstructed by probably my own misunderstanding but also by limited, occasionally conflicting information at different times from the Tech Support Team. To their credit the responses were always prompt, friendly and all really tried to be helpful. Perhaps they over-estimated my skills.... But it was only Ms Bacon who immediately understood and identified the problems, guided me patiently and clearly through several processes and solved the various problems. She turned me from an irate, frustrated customer to a grateful one. WHUK is fortunate to have her on their team.
