Hosting
Had shared hosting for 7 years. Very rarely any issues and if I do the get resolved quickly. Host around 30 domains for me. Recently upgraded to VPS and that is working well. Downtime - once or twice a year for 1 hour absolute maximum. They've been good.

New Hosting
Having experienced a very poor, unhelpful and commercially aggressive service from a competitor, WHUK have been EXACTLY the opposite.
Technical support (well done Vernon!) sorted my problems out in about 5 minutes - no hassle - just solutions.
