For your general use host, they're great
Just today I have had a couple of issues. I upgraded php & broke my site. Their tech support fixed in 10 minutes. A domain I was transferring completed after a couple of minutes thanks to Adam in billing.

Excellent customer support, I have had few issues with webmail since moved my hosting to hem, Fred from cust support was the person who dealt with my webmail issue today , everything working perfect. I do recommend them.
