Update of web space
The billing chat line was fine. But I was surprised to find that I should have been getting 2gb of web space for my money and not the 500mb I had been getting.

Excellent Spport
I had mail cpanel issues with 3 of my business email account. 2 were resolved immediately but 1 was a bit more complicated. Thanks to Samel's patience and help, the final issue was resolved.

Very good customer support
Their chat support is very good & most of the time, I usually get a good response quicly and the problems resolved smoothly. I have been to a few hosting companies before but WHUK's been great. Certainly good value for money. Good service by Adam & Harry.

Webhosting UK - Great customer service, although....
Although I'm broadly happy with my experirence with WHUK the only issues I have had have been with the shared server I am allocated has been used by another user for spam emails meaning i have had difficultys sending emails, this is now resolved. b+
