Great technical support
I had an ftp problem so contacted support and spoke with Rex Miller. He quickly diagnosed my problem and had me up and running very quickly. This was an excellent service and I thank Rex for his help.

I needed to increase Bandwidth and Disk Space as I added a new Domain Name. I used the Chat Option and Jennifer passed me to Adam who solved my request. Fast Service, Excellent Customer Care.
