You Get What You Pay For
The service is extremely good allowing remote management of your site instance. Had few issues with uptime def 98.999 and I agree with this ex-customers view of their support; similar experience.

Great tech support
Winhost has the best tech support I have encountered anywhere on the internet. Replies were fast and the tech guys stayed with it until the problems were resolved. I cannot say enough about their help.

I write software for businesses to use in providing customer support. My applications most often consist of a desktop application as well as a browser based application. I have used a variety of hosts for sample applications - Winhost is best!

WinHost technical support has never failed me.
When my credit card information was stolen from me, WinHost worked with me to continue hosting my site until this was worked out. Customer service is A+. This is what a relationship is all about. I will never work work with any other company.....ever.

No support, I want to get my money back from these people.

Company Response: Ajay received a refund, no questions asked. We have a 30 day money back guarantee. As for "no support," he asked for help then canceled the account without giving us a chance to help, so I'm not really sure why he made this complaint. It's a bit odd.
