"Terrible support experience. I created a support ticket and reached out multiple times via email and online chat, but received no meaningful response. The support team seemed completely unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to get help when I needed it. To make matters worse, I'm being overcharged—double the expected amount—and haven't received any response to address this issue either. Really disappointing, especially when reliable support and fair billing are so crucial."
